Doug Aguirre specializes in orthopedic urgent care.

Doug Aguirre earned his master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg, Texas, and his Bachelor of Clinical Health Science through the MEDEX Northwest program at the University of Washington in Seattle. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Washington State University. He is certified by the NCCPA and holds active Washington State licensure, ACLS, and BLS certifications.

Doug brings more than eight years of experience as a physician assistant in urgent and orthopedic care, most recently at Overlake Medical Center and Clinics in Bellevue and previously at Community Health Care in Tacoma. His background includes evaluating and treating acute musculoskeletal injuries, wound care and suturing, diagnostic imaging review, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Before becoming a PA, Doug served as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant and later as a medic supporting special operations teams, treating orthopedic and acute injuries in demanding environments. He values delivering prompt, thorough care and helping patients understand their injuries and path to recovery.
